TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAR SLOTS STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE GAME, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED $100 USD.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via in-game popup or email. Your continued use of Star Slots after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
